UNILIT 200-300 – 400 (ARENINO G – N - F)

 COLOURED FINISHING MORTARS

DESCRIPTION

UNILIT 200, 300 and 400 are traditional, dry premixed mineral and finishing mortars based on hydraulic, naturally pure and selected lime.

UNILIT 200, 300 and 400 are characterised by a high impact resistance and are resistant against atmosphere influences.

APPLICATION

UNILIT 200, 300 and 400 mortars are very vapour permeable and are completely compatible with the UNILIT system as finishing layers.  The optimum vapour permeability allows the moisture present in the wall to be able to rapidly migrate from the structure.

Total layer thickness :  3 to 4 mm as finishing layer, applied in two layers (wet on wet).

COLOUR

UNILIT 200, 300 and 400 are supplied in 12 colours.

PREPARATION

The substrate must be clean and free of all traces of oil and grease.  When the substrate has been treated with an impregnating product (silicone and similar) it is recommended to consult the supplier or manufacturer.

UNILIT 200, 300 and 400 are mixed with clean water.  Depending on the situation and substrate 4 to 5 litres of water are mixed with 25 kg of powder.  The mixing can be done either manually or mechanically, for 3 to 5 minutes.  The mortars can be applied directly to either dry or damp substrates.  If the substrate is too dry, dampen down the surface prior to overcoating.

UNILIT 200, 300 and 400 remain workable for 2 hours, in temperatures between 5°C and 40°C.  The drying period is 24 - 48 hours.  They have to be protected from frost for 48 - 72 hours after their application.

PACKING

30 kg bags

REMARKS
