KEIM ANTI-GRAFFITI WAX COATING SYSTEMDescription
Keim Anti-Graffiti wax coating is a
semi-permanent anti-graffiti coating, a water-based and concentrated solution.
Application
Keim Anti-Graffiti
wax coating can be applied on porous, non-impregnated substrates like :
concrete, bricks, plasterwork, cellular stones, mineral isolation, natural
stones and mineral paints. Characteristics

of the substrate
The
substrate has to be clean and dust-free, eventually use high-pressure cleaning.
Practice
Dilute
Keim Anti-Graffiti Wax coating 1:1 with water.
The maximum tub-life is ca. 12 hours.
Apply 2
layers of Keim Anti-Graffiti Wax coating
with a low-pressure paint sprayer (The wait between the layers is
ca. 4 hours). It is also possible to use a brush, a paint roller or airless
equipment. After
ca. 2 days the graffiti can be removed with Keim
Graffiti-Cleaner Wax coating. The
product has to react for maximal 30 minutes (persistent graffiti), else 15 à 20
minutes (normal use), and afterwards rinse the substrate with clean water,
eventually with high-pressure water spray.
The high-pressure cleaning has to be performed at temperatures between 40
and60°C and pressures of 60-90 bar. After
drying, apply Keim Anti-Graffiti Wax
coating for a second time. Do not
apply at a relative humidity of > 90%. New
masonry, renders and plasters, mineral paints etc. has to be 6-8 weeks in age. Colour

consumption of the Keim Anti-Graffiti Wax
coating system is strongly dependent on the porosity and suction of the
substrate. Storage

In
case of doubt regarding the substrate, consult our technical service department. The material must be stored dry and frost free above ground.
